Their fine furniture is manufactured using kiln-dried wood. They use no-sag springs for frames to ensure the durability of their furniture. The foam they use is over 2.0 lbs (high density) for maximum comfort. The Deluxe Designs quality control team ensures the quality of every piece of furniture at every stage of manufacturing.
